Terms of use
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms apply to Appforge, an AI-powered app builder available on the web and in the iOS and Android apps. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: support@example.com.
Beta
Appforge is in an invite-only beta. Features may change, and the service is provided as is, without guarantees of availability. Credits are granted free of charge during the beta and have no cash value.
Your content and generated apps
- You keep the rights to what you write. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you submit.
- Apps are generated by AI. They can contain mistakes or security issues: review and test them before relying on them, and do not store sensitive personal data in preview apps.
- Subject to these terms, you may use the apps generated for you, including exported source code where your plan allows it.
Acceptable use
You must not use Appforge to create or share anything that:
- is illegal, infringes others' rights, or exploits or endangers children;
- is malware, phishing, or designed to collect credentials, payment details or personal data without consent;
- harasses, threatens or promotes violence or hatred against people or groups;
- impersonates real people or organizations to mislead;
- attacks, overloads or tries to get around the security of Appforge or other services.
Public preview links can be reported to support@example.com. We may remove content, disable public links or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure. You can delete your account at any time (see how). How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by generated apps. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
